3.2 You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to hold a 222rs Account.
3.3 You may only hold one Account on the 222rs Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.
3.4 You must not be self-excluded from gaming platforms or be subject to any court order or regulatory direction preventing you from participating in online gaming or betting activities.
3.5 Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of 222rs, and their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.

5.1 222rs accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency (USDT). 222rs does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in the player's name.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform following 222rs Login. These limits may be adjusted by 222rs at any time with reasonable notice.

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 222rs Platform are subject to these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform system and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.
6.3 222rs reserves the right to void any bet in the event of: a manifest error in odds or game settings; technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the game; evidence of match-fixing or market manipulation; or any other event that, in 222rs's reasonable judgement, renders the bet unfair or invalid.
6.4 Cricket betting markets — including PSL, bilateral series, and ICC tournament markets — are settled according to official match results as published by the relevant cricket governing body. In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time the market closes.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted.
9.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the 222rs Platform or its content without our prior written consent.
10.1 The 222rs Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222rs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.
10.2 222rs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from gambling outcomes.
10.3 222rs's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.1 222rs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 222rs processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where consent is given — marketing communications.

13.3 Upon termination of an Account by 222rs for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds, free bets, or promotional credits held in the Account are forfeited. Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned to the player if investigation concludes no breach occurred.
13.4 Self-exclusion requests are treated as voluntary Account restrictions rather than full terminations. A self-excluded player's Account data is retained for the purpose of preventing re-registration during the exclusion period.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 222rs holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
